Confirmation of account ownership is required before changing your password. User can either change the password after logging in to the account via settings > security tab or at the sign in page by clicking " Forgot Password" as detailed below.
The following steps are detailed for users, when trying to change the password after logging into the account.
1. Log into your Blockbid account
2. Navigate to 'Settings'
3. Click the 'Security' tab
4. Enter your current password, new password and confirm the new password (12 characters, uppercase, lowercase and a number)
5. Click ‘Update Details’ to save the new password
If you’ve forgotten your password and cannot log into the exchange follow these steps:
Visit Blockbid login page
Click ‘Forgot Password’ at the bottom
Enter the email address associated with your Blockbid account
An email will be sent - click the link in the email, which will be routed to change password screen.
- Enter your new password, confirm the new password (12 characters, uppercase, lowercase and a number) and click on "Update Password" to save changes.
